Heritage Flow was born from a personal place.
I was born and raised in a small village in Limpopo called Manyii, where access to basic necessities was not always guaranteed. Something as simple as menstrual products was not always easy to find, afford, or rely on.
For many girls, that meant discomfort, missing school, or having to make a plan with whatever was available.
Those experiences stayed with me. They shaped how I understand dignity — not as something complicated, but as something simple: feeling comfortable, confident, and supported.
Heritage Flow began as a way to change that. We created reusable pads that are practical, beautiful, and designed with care — offering a more accessible and sustainable option for girls and women.
